In today’s fast paced world a healthy lifestyle has continually become more challenging to maintain. I am determined to help anyone who has the desire, to gain the resources needed, for great health.
As an Elite Global Fitness Trainer my objective is to deliver purposeful results in the least amount of time with an emphasis on lifestyle and mindset change (instead of fad diets and extreme workouts). My goal is to strip away any perceived barriers, small or large, and offer ways that will accommodate your busy schedule.

ONLINE INTERACTIVE TRAINING
1 ON 1 OR GROUP
Transformative and Accessible: for 10 years, virtual training has been my most popular way of training my clients locally and globally, where ever you are. I make it easily accessible from your  home or hotel via FaceTime, ZOOM or SKYPE, in English, Russian or French. Your group can be together in the same room, or everyone in different places globally. I will be there with you live, watching and making sure your form is correct just as I would if I were standing in front of you.

IN-PERSON TRAINING . COACHING 
Specific and Effective: people of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from my safe, customized and progressive way of training while striving for individual and personal goals. 

REHABILITATION FOR POST SURGERY . INJURY RECOVERY & SPECIALIZED BODYWORK
Recover and Improve: having studied the human anatomy extensively, including how the muscular system relates to every day movement, I’m able to assess, correct and design a recovery program specifically tailored to meet your needs. Utilizing orthopedic bodywork, will help in realigning your muscular system leaving you feeling stronger and more balanced, and an increase in flexibility to help facilitate movement and alleviate musculoskeletal pain.
Incorporating corrective exercises will leave you less prone to injury and enable you to continue your fitness goals, purposefully, in conjunction, as appropriate.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR ATHLETES, SURFERS AND GOLFERS
High Performance and Strength Training: by incorporating advanced training techniques I am able to help competitive athletes achieve their goals. Through techniques such as exercises working the body in the 3 planes of motion, plyometrics and sports specific movements, together we are able to increase muscle memory, speed and agility for an optimal outcome of an upcoming event.

WEIGHT LOSS AND TONING
Balance and Well-being: by designing a program utilizing the core and incorporating functional movement exercises, you will see an increase in muscle balance and tone. Instilling better eating habits and a proper diet, you’ll experience weight loss with a decrease in fat and increase in lean muscle. Most importantly, you’ll feel improvement in strength, mobility, stability and over all well-being.

REMOVING  BARRIERS
Mobile and Accountable: Need a trainer to hold you accountable while you travel for work or vacation? I am available to work with you privately upon request. This not only enables your workouts would not be left behind, but it also helps alleviate stress from travel and every day life. Training with me will leave you feeling more flexible and energized not only in body but the mind as well.
