In today’s fast-paced world, maintaining a healthy lifestyle can feel overwhelming. My mission is to give you the tools, guidance, and confidence to achieve lasting health.
As an Elite Global Fitness Trainer, I focus on efficient, purposeful training that creates real lifestyle changes not quick fixes.
My goal is to remove perceived barriers and create solutions that fit your life.

ONLINE INTERACTIVE TRAINING: 1 ON 1 OR GROUP
Transformative and Accessible: For over 14 years, virtual training has been my most popular way of training my clients locally and globally.
Whether you’re at home or traveling, I train clients globally through FaceTime or Zoom. I offer lessons in English, Russian, or French.
Your group can be in one room or dispersed globally. I’ll be there live, guiding you and ensuring proper form as I would if I were standing in front of you.
 
IN-PERSON TRAINING . COACHING 
Specific and Effective: Safe, effective, and customized for all ages and fitness levels. Each program is designed to meet you at your
current level, moving you toward your personal goals with intention and progression.
 
REHABILITATION FOR POST SURGERY . INJURY RECOVERY & SPECIALIZED BODYWORK
Recover and Improve: With extensive study of anatomy and movement, I design recovery programs for post-surgery and injury rehabilitation. Using orthopedic bodywork and corrective exercises, I help realign the muscular system, ease pain, restore mobility, and build resilience to prevent future injury.
 
SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR ATHLETES, SURFERS AND GOLFERS
High Performance and Strength TrainingThrough advanced, performance-driven techniques, multi-planar exercises, plyometrics, and sport-specific programming, I help athletes build muscle memory, speed, agility, and power to perform at their highest level.
 
WEIGHT LOSS AND TONING
Balance and Well-being: Utilizing functional movement and core-focused training, I help clients build strength, mobility, and lean muscle while reducing body fat. Combined with improved eating habits, you’ll experience increased muscular strength, energy, and overall well-being.
 
REMOVING  BARRIERS
Mobile and Accountable: Traveling for work or vacation? I offer mobile and remote services to ensure you stay consistent, accountable, and grounded both physically and mentally. Training with me will leave you more flexible, energized, and centered.
