In today’s fast-paced world, maintaining a healthy lifestyle can feel overwhelming. My mission is to give you the tools, guidance, and confidence to achieve lasting health.
As an Elite Global Fitness Trainer, I focus on efficient, purposeful training that creates real lifestyle changes not quick fixes. My goal is to remove perceived barriers and create solutions that fit your life.

Whether you’re at home or traveling, I train clients globally through FaceTime or Zoom. I offer lessons in English, Russian, or French.
Your group can be in one room or dispersed globally. I’ll be there live, guiding you and ensuring proper form as I would if I were standing in front of you.
