Tricia grew up in the Pacific Northwest with sports always being a part of her life. At age seven she began playing soccer and baseball and later in junior high started running track and cross country. Her passion for running and soccer continued through college.
Wanting to pursue a career in modeling and acting, she moved to San Francisco. It was there she was introduced to the sport of triathlon.
Having almost drowned when she was younger, she feared the thought of swimming but with much encouragement signed up for a sprint distance triathlon placing first in her age group.
Since then Tricia has competed in numerous triathlons ranging from sprint distance to the ultimate distance, Ironman.
She would go on to compete at this distance for the next 10 years with the help from Coach and friend, Dave Scott, six-time Ironman Triathlon World Champion and Elite Ultra-Distance Athlete, Gordo Byrn.
Yet with her true passion being running, Tricia would catch the marathon bug and to date has successfully run 21 including qualifying for the prestigious Boston Marathon.
Currently she is training for Berlin and New York Marathon and hopes to qualify for Boston again.
Tricia is also an Elite Stair Climber.
As she puts it: “It’s a pure guts race to see how fast you can climb with as little oxygen as possible!”
She recently raced up the World Trade Center and Rockefeller Center placing 1st in both.
Her resume also includes the World Trade Center – 1st & 2nd Place, Freedom Tower – 3rd Place x 2, Empire State Building – 7th Place x 3, Place, Rockefeller Center – 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Place, 1 Penn Plaza – 1st Place.
It hasn’t always been an easy road for Tricia. She had a misfortune of a cycling accident as well as getting hit by a car which landed her in the emergency room and left her unable to walk for 3 months.
“Injuries and setbacks are an eye-opening experience that makes you realize that you are not invincible and your body does have limits.”

Taking time to allow your body as well as your mind to recover is often the over-looked secret to maximizing your training efforts.

Tricia is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, CPT) and has studied extensively the human anatomy; muscular system
and how it relates to every day movement.
She also has hands on knowledge and experience in the field of sports-specific athletic training, performance enhancement and sports rehabilitation.
Currently Tricia works between San Francisco, Santa Barbara and the French Riviera where she is one of the most sought after trainers.
She works privately with an International, High-Profile Clientele online via Skype, FaceTime and in person and is also one of the two trainers at the prestigious Hotel du Cap which caters to the likes of Hollywood, Host to the Cannes Film Festival, Musicians, International Business and other High Profile Persons.
As the season winds down on the Cote d’Azur, Tricia shifts her focus to her clients in New York and California.
Not only is she someone that “Practice what they Preach” but she is also a powerful Motivator for those wanting to take their fitness to the next level.
With her high energy and infectious smile, Tricia keeps her clients coming back for more.
